As Business Manager, Cristián Cofré directs the development of the marketing activities and the selling conditions of the services to accomplish the goals established on the strategic planification.

He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of Carabineros de Chile as well as a commercial pilot of helicopters with perfection in Germany, Italy and USA, with 20 years of experience. He is also a Law Graduate at the Finis Terrae University, a private plane pilot and a sports parachutist.


He has developed his expertise as Flight Instructor and Instrument Flight Instructor. He has extensive experience in helicopter police operations, aeromedical rescues in different geography, hanging cargo, forest fire fighting, agricultural work, vip transfers, etc.


He has operated in flight therefore knows much of the Chilean territory, from the northern plateau to Magallanes, in addition, it has flown in all type of climatic condition, especially in the Chilean Patagonia.

He held positions as Senior Public Safety Administrator with training in the Spanish Civil Guard, French Gendarmerie, Carabinieri of Italy and National Gendarmerie of Argentina. In this latter country he was Gendarmerie General Staff Officer.

In 2012 he receives the President of the Republic decoration, the Ministry of Interior and Public Safety award and the Carabineros de Chile decoration.


He holds a Master in Strategic Management from the Academia de Ciencias Policiales de Carabineros de Chile. He exerted operational police command as Commissary of the 39th Police Station of El Bosque in Santiago. In this role he demonstrates his competencies to manage a large contingent of people and logistics. He achieves a decrease in victimization during the years 2013 and 2014, according to management indicators of the Carabineros de Chile (PACIC platform) and the National Urban Citizen Security Survey (ENUSC).


He currently performs several freeman activities as a flight instructor at Alpha 3 company.
